Beth Goetz is the founder of GoetzHealthy, where she works with female athletes to build lifelong health and wellness habits. As a former high-level athlete, Beth experienced firsthand how poor nutrition contributed to injuries that sidelined her from the sport she loved. That challenging chapter became the catalyst for her deep passion for health, wellness, and helping young women stay strong, confident, and resilient.
Beth is a certified nutrition coach and offers 1:1 and small-group coaching, supporting athletes both on and off the field. She believes that small, consistent changes over time lead to the most sustainable results, and her coaching approach is rooted in the five pillars of wellness: sleep, nutrition, movement, mindset, and relationships.
Beth is dedicated to empowering female athletes with the tools they need to fuel their bodies, prevent injury, and thrive.
