
Join Haleigh Dickey on Friday nights for a rep based circuit that will introduce your athlete to different drills and ways to master her hitting. Each week will have a different focus with the same structure. We will be working on consistent power, confident reps and more!
We will be offering two sessions per date to start. We welcome anyone ages 10+. Level of play or age does not matter, as these sessions will be based on reps through rotations/stations. Any machine reps will be catered to the athletes needs and level of play. We will be exposing these athletes to resistance training, elite level drills and workout structures, movement patterns as well as the mindset behind consistent hitters.
