We are frequently asked the questions below and want to be very clear with you on how we operate and provide our services!

1. How do we get started with lessons?

A: Click on the ‘Lessons’ tab on the top right of the main page. Click the type of lesson you would like to have and follow the prompts to view our instructors schedules. 

 

2. What do your lessons cost?

A: For non members, we charge $65 for a 30 minute lesson and $95 for one hour. We also offer a membership program with extra perks. 

 

3. Can we join the defense and kettle bell classes even if we are not a member?

A: Yes! We would love for you to be part of as much of our training as possible. If you would like to drop in to our defense classes, they cost $55. If you would like to drop into our kettle bell classes, they cost $25. 

 

4. As a member, do our lessons and classes included roll over month to month?

A: Your monthly membership allotments do not roll over. This is a use it or lose it   program.  

 

5. How far in advance can we book an appointment?

A: Our website settings are set to allow you to book up to 45 days in advance. If you are a member and are committed to lessons each week, you can set up a standing appointment with your instructor. 

 

6. What is your cancellation policy? 

A: Below is our Consumer Right of Cancellation taken from our Terms and Conditions.

CONSUMER RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: 

  • The Participant, as the buyer, is under a 24 hour cancellation policy for single sale appointments of the Activity of Dickey’s Dugout Inc. The Participant may cancel or reschedule without penalty if notify Dickey’s Dugout Inc. through phone call, email, or in person discussion at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment of Activity. If the Activity is canceled or rescheduled by the participant more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment of Activity, Dickey’s Dugout will issue a full refund or reschedule.. Cancellations are considered late when a Participant does not take cancellation or rescheduling procedure prior to the 24 hours leading up to the scheduled Activity. Late cancellations will result in no refund and will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled Activity. 
  • If the Participant missed their scheduled appointment of Activity, without canceling or rescheduling, the Participant will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled Activity. 
  • If for any reason an instructor or staff member of Dickey’s Dugout Inc. must cancel the scheduled Activity, the Participant will receive notice as soon as possible and your appointment of Activity will be rescheduled or fully refunded. 
  • If Participant activates payment for a monthly membership and monthly monetary withdrawal through the Activity of Dickey’s Dugout, the participant has 7 days from the first date of purchase to cancel this contract and be fully refunded your first month's fees. If the Participant fails to cancel after their initial 7 day offer, the monthly payment will not be refunded and their services of Activity for that month will be credited to the Participants account for use and the Participants account will be charged monthly and every month forward until cancellation. To cancel, schedule an in-person appointment with owner Haleigh Dickey, or send a certified letter to Dickey’s Dugout Inc, 1830 Airport Industrial Park Dr SE, Suite C, Marietta, GA 30060. 
  • The Participant may cancel this monthly membership agreement within 30 days from the next billing period to cease further charges and services. If the Participant fails to notify Dickey’s Dugout Inc. of cancellation of membership and Activity prior to 30 days before the next billing date, Dickey’s Dugout will operate on the following refund calculator: 1. If Participant requests a refund of monthly membership within 90 days of the Participant's last scheduled appointment, Dickey’s Dugout will process a refund of 50% of the total payments of the Participant. 2. If Participant requests a refund of monthly membership after 90 days of the Participant's last scheduled appointment, the Participant does not receive a refund and Dickey’s Dugout will retain 100% of the membership fees paid by The Participant.
